A production real-estate listings website for a live broker client in Al Ain.
Why I built it this way
A broker's oldest problem is discovery: he has rooms to fill, tenants cannot find them, and the gap between them is filled by WhatsApp groups, hand-written signs on lamp posts, and intermediaries who take a month's rent for an introduction. I built Al Ain Real Estate as the shortest path between a broker with rooms to fill and a tenant who needs one. The site is lean on purpose: every screen answers one question. Listings carry the facts a tenant actually decides on — rent, location, room type, photos, contact. No accounts, no funnels, no noise. The platform is live in production today, serving a real broker client in Al Ain, and is the studio's proof that the same engineering care applied to a multi-role SaaS like Real Estate Emperor can be compressed into a single-purpose site that solves a single problem cleanly.
